Hey there!
I'm Annabel, for short Bells. I have this enormous fear of failing but I'm overcoming my fears which is giving me confidence. I feel that I'm growing as a person and that I'll be able to fulfil my dream of becoming a music teacher. I'd like to set up projects in different countries where health and happiness are not as obvious as they seem. I want to help people and hope to mean something for the world someday. Those are big dreams but I feel that I'll be able to get there.
Little advice to you: Believe in yourself and you will succeed.

Dear DA members,
I know I wasn't around for a long time. This was my last year at high school. Unfortunately I have to repeat this year and try again next year. Thing is... I don't think this is a bad thing at all... There are many positive points.
I already know the curriculum so it won't be as hard as it was this year. There are projects I don't have to do again, which buys you a bit more time for the remaining stuff.
And this is where I'm going to tell you about what I was first thinking of when I started writing this journal. I'm one step closer to my dream, which I thought was impossible. I got accepted at the conservatory in Amsterda

Hi guys,
I did wake up, like I always do every morning.
There really are times that I wish I wouldn't, because there's school and other things that aren't always fun.
And especially cause I'm not happy with my life.
Life isn't always fun. You can make life as hard as you please.
I realised that I've made life really hard for myself.
I woke up, yesterday, not from sleeping but from my daydream.
Here I was, always trying to escape life by sleeping, reading, watching movies....
Yesterday I realised my life is not really what I wan't it to be.
I'm not doing what I really want, I'm not acting the way I want.

Hi to everyone!
School is such a madhouse right now... there are too many things that need to be done at the same time!
It's seriously not funny anymore. We have to make a masterpiece, I can't seem to find the right word..., in our exam year.
I chose to do it for my subject music. It's a lot of fun to do this masterpiece. I'm producing a musical, along with two others!
We wrote a story, the script. We have to hold auditions for the different roles. We need to make the decor.
And whatever else is involved in creating a musical.
Secondly, this year there are 8 books that we need to read. Four for English and four for Dutch.

Making a decision between becoming a music or drawing teacher has been really hard on me. In the end I really want to keep drawing as a hobby. Other than that, music is really important to me and is playing a huge part in my life, more than drawing. Of course I'll keep drawing so don't worry about that!

i kinda know how you feel. i like music and art too. but i would choose drawing because I've been doing it probably since i was born lol. i play trombone. do you play an insturment or sing? i also sing.Hahaha please don't take this as me showing of...
I play the fiddle, acoustic guitar and love to sing.
At home I also have an ukulele and an electric guitar.
Last but not least, we had a piano for a few years so I started to play that as well,
now that the piano is gone I do plan on buying a nice keyboard.
But the fiddle and singing really are the two things I'm best at.
Trombone is a really nice instrument! For how long have you been playing?
